The Revengers Secret Base
“The police retrieved Beast Master from the Bermuda triangle and kept him in a power dampening cell,” Godwin stated.
“The rising super powered attacks have increased by over a hundred percent forcing the government to create a Villain Retrieval System, they call it V.I.R.U.S.” Adeife said.
“Adeife is right, they might be working with us on some cases. So be ready to comply with our terms.” Godwin continued.
“Great, now … V.I.R.U.S is on the news making a public statement at the Superior Court for the trial of Beast Master.” Feranmi said.
“Good Afternoon citizens of this fine country, we just left the sentencing of Daniel Maraiyesa aka Beast Master. He has been given life in prison and he’ll spend the rest of his life in one of our secure facilities and won’t be a threat to the society anymore.” Shalom (The head of V.I.R.U.S) said as he walked away.
“I don’t feel like we can trust V.I.R.U.S,” Adeife said.
“We better or else, they might shut us down.” Godwin stated.
“EC Coffee just opened and is already getting robbed.” Neona said.
“Alright team, let’s bounce.” Godwin ordered.
EC Coffee
“Hands in the air everyone!” Captain Sparkles ordered.
“Are you kidding me, we’re already getting robbed.” A waitress said.
“You! Open the register and give me everything inside!” Captain Sparkles ordered
“Dude, we just re-opened there’s barely anything in there.” The waitress replied.
“Really?” Captain Sparkles asked.
“Yah,” The waitress said.
“Oh…Well I’m going to start blowing up stuff then.” Captain Sparkles replied as he fired electricity at a cup of coffee and shot at some cupcakes then shot down an electric fan.
Unexpectedly, the Revengers crashed through the ceiling.
“Oh, crap” Captain Sparkles said.
Fire Fists punched Captain Sparkles repeatedly then kicked him at Velocity who threw him over the counter at a coffee machine. Captain Sparkles electrocuted Flight Master then kicked Velocity who ran at him. Shocker electrocuted Captain Sparkles but he absorbed the energy and blasted it at Tele – Girl. Fire Fists shot fire blast at Captain Sparkles then Tele – Girl teleported behind him and hit him at the back of his head.
“That was a bit more challenging than I expected,” Flight Master stated.
“Nice job Revengers, we’ll take it from here.” Shalom stated.
“If you don’t mind me asking where exactly do you keep every super – villain you’ve captured.” Fire Fists asked.
“I can’t tell you that, especially in a place like this.” Shalom answered.
“Come on Fire Fists, let’s go.” Tele – Girl said as she teleported everyone into their base.
The Revengers Secret Base
“I don’t trust Shalom,” Adeife stated.
“You better or he might run us out of business,” Godwin stated.
“Godwin, there’s a robbery at Emerald City Bank and they’re threatening to kill the workers and customers.” Feranmi stated.
“We’ll continue this later, but for now suit up!” Godwin ordered.
Emerald City Bank
“Finish lining up the customers, we’ll kill them all at once.” The lead robber said.
The robbers aimed their guns and were about to fire but Velocity ran into the bank and disarmed all of them.
Shocker electrocuted two robbers and kicked one at Flight Masters who threw him out of the bank through the window. Fire Fists punched a robber then threw another one at a safe. Velocity punched a robber then gave another one an uppercut. Tele – Girl teleported on top of a robber then kicked his head into the ground.
“Thank God it’s over,” Tele – Girl stated while dusting her hands.
Unexpectedly, the lead robber stood up from the ground.
“You better go back down unless you want more of what we did to you earlier,” Flight Master said.
The robber also known as Weather Maestro created a tornado which destroyed the bank. Tele – Girl quickly teleported all the workers and customers away.
Thee Minutes Later…
The Revengers woke up and saw Weather Maestro about to kill Shocker, but Flight Master flew at him the punched him into another building. Weather Maestro summoned lightning and it struck Flight Master. After that, Fire Fists threw fire blasts at him, but he dodged all of them then kicked him at a nearby car.
Tele – Girl teleported behind Weather Maestro and kicked him at Shocker who created an electric wave and blasted it at him. Velocity ran at Weather Maestro, but he summoned hail from the sky which hit Velocity repeatedly. Fire Fists and Shocker both ran at Weather Maestro then punched him, instantly knocking him out.
Not up to ten seconds later V.I.R.U.S had arrived on the scene.
“You got me another one to use,” Shalom stated.
“What did you say?” Fire Fists asked.
“Oh, did I say another one to use. I meant another one to keep,” Shalom said.
“Sure,” Fire Fists replied.
The Revengers Secret Base
“How do you guys don’t think that something is sus about Shalom,” Adeife stated.
“It was just a slip of words, nothing special.” Sean said.
“I’ll prove to you that I’m right,” Adeife said.
“Before you do anything that you’ll regret I’m going to stop you, Fire Fists, you are hereby suspended from The Revengers team for two weeks. Hopefully you’ll learn to trust Shalom or I’ll have to do something I’ll regret.” Godwin stated.
Later That Night…
Adeife couldn’t sleep that night because he kept on thinking about V.I.R.U.S so he snuck out.
V.I.R.U.S Headquarters
Fire Fists snuck into the headquarters by using the air vents. When he overheard two guards talking.
“Put Weather Maestro in the Power Retrieval Room,” A guard instructed.
“Power Retrieval Room, what’s that?” Adeife asked himself.
After that he crawled to the security room by using the air vents. And jumped down quietly. He saw two security guards watching the CCTV footage. He saw a guard looking at a CCTV in the Power Retrieval Room on the eleventh floor.
“Yes, that’s where it is!” Fire Fists exclaimed.
The guards turned around and saw Fire Fists then brought out their guns.
Fire Fists tackled a guard then blasted the other one with fire. A guard stood up then kicked Fire Fists at a chair. Fire Fists threw fire blasts at him which sent him flying at the door. After that he went out of the security room to the Power Retrieval Room.
Power Retrieval Room
Fire Fists got out of the elevator and saw Captain Sparkles, Weather Maestro, The Human Tank and so many more.
“I’d say it’s nice to see you again Fire Fists, but it’s not.” Shalom said as he walked out the shadows.
“Shalom I knew you were up to something,” Fire Fists said as he ran at him, but he got smacked into a wall.
Shalom aka Dark Bolt carried Fire Fists by the neck and threw him into a chair.
“Courtesy of The Human Tank,” Dark Bolt stated.
“I have no interest of finding out your secret identity, but your powers they’re fascinating.” Dark Bolt stated as he pushed a button which drained Fire Fists of his powers.
“What are you doing to me?!” Fire Fists asked.
“I just got an upgrade,” Dark Bolt said as he kicked him into an empty prison cell.
Eight Hours Later
TLS HQ
“Neona go wake up Adeife in his room, it’s time for breakfast,” Godwin said.
“Okay,” Neona replied.
Neona went to his room and saw that he wasn’t there but his window was open.
“Guys, Adeife isn’t here.” Nena stated.
“Nice joke, come on Adeife it’s time to wake up.” Sean said as he flew gently into Adeife’s room, but he wasn’t there.
“Guys! Neona isn’t joking.” Sean stated.
The remaining Revengers went to his room.
“Are you thinking what I’m thinking,” Godwin said to Feranmi.
“Yes,” Feranmi replied.
“Team suit up!” Godwin ordered.
V.I.R.U.S Headquarters
Fire Fists was resting on his bed when Dark Bolt came to check on him.
“How are you enjoying your prison cell?” Dark Bolt asked.
“Seen better, why did you take my powers?” Fire Fists asked.
“Once I’ve gained your friends’ powers, I’ll be able to finally take over the White House.” Dark Bolt stated.
“Seriously! That’s your master plan.” Fire Fists said.
“What do you mean?” Dark Bolt inquired.
“That’s literally every bad guys plan,” Fire Fists said.
“No, it’s not,” Dark Bolt replied.
“Yes, it is, every idiot with superpowers always wants to take over the White House.” Fire Fists said.
“It isn’t any ordinary scheme; I’ve been planning this for years.” Dark Bolt stated.
Unexpectedly the Revengers came in through the elevator and Shocker created an electric waving sending Dark Bolt flying to the ground through the window, after that they released Fire Fists.
“Come on Fire Fists it’s time we torch this idiot,” Flight Master said.
“I can’t,” Fire Fists stated.
“What?” Velocity asked.
“Dark Bolt took my powers, I’m too weak to stop him.” Fire Fists stated.
“Look, we’re sorry for not believing you earlier but we are going to end this now are you with us?” Shocker inquired.
“Let’s do this,” Fire Fists answered.
Tele – Girl teleported all of them to the ground.
“Revengers! Your powers will belong to me!” Dark Bolt exclaimed as he ran at Tele – Girl then smacked her aside.
Velocity punched and kicked Dark Bolt from all corners then gave him an uppercut.
Flight Master flew at him and was about to punch him, but Dark Bolt held it then smacked him on the ground repeatedly. Fire Fists jumped on Dark Bolt after that Shocker created an electric rope then tied him giving Fire Fists an opportunity to knock out Dark Bolt.
Three Hours Later…
They extracted Fire Fist’s superpower from Dark Bolt and all the powers of every other supervillain they had faced and kept them.
“That’s more like it,” Fire Fists said as his hand lit up.
“How about the remaining supervillain powers?” Tele – Girl asked.
“Let’s just say they’re better off without them,” Godwin replied.
